Just prior to 9-11 I had read Lee Strobel's Case for Christ and was becoming very passionate about my faith. However in the aftermath of 9-11 my faith was not shattered but in many ways I feel God was preparing us to whether the long and difficult storm that was approaching. 
It wasn't until my wife and I went to the movies to see God's Not Dead 2 tat that passion was awakened again. Watching Jim Warner Wallace testify in court was inspiring enough to want me to read his book Cold Case Christianity. The switch was turned back on. His old website pleaseconvinceme was loaded with free material and podcasts. I download at least 100 and listen to many several times.
Craving more I turn to online classes wanting to be able to learn and study more and more. One ofthe points Wallace stresses is that study is not enough. You need to train. That is where I am at today I am looking for men that want to train and help each other in apologetics.
